It is never too late to change our thoughts, words or deeds, despite the pressure, that the people who we elected, instill in our minds. We are being trained to think war is part of our daily lives. We use the word war in so many different ways, war on want, poverty, drugs etc. wars create want and many other related issues. The fight against HIV and AIDs. The news about the military dictatorship in Burma highlights what could happen when the military take complete control of a country. The world is slowly moving in this direction, with 1984 type political, military and religious governance based on control and fear.

I am not American, but I have just read on Michael Moores Mailist about Halo 2 in the USA, a war game, this reiterates my blog about recruiting and teaching our young to support war, this seems to to be supported by political leaders, the military, and possibly has the blessing of some religious groups, who support this form of Human Sacrifice, that is a part of it.

I am a pensioner on a very low income and urgently need sponsors to enable me to continue my work. I would be pleased to promote any individuals, companies, organizations, or student groups, who are willing to create and market an antiwar game, is there anyone out there who is willing to try?

I have spent many hours Blogging on this site and others, about alternatives to this war promoting form of government, in the hope that you would hear and respond. But it seems that you are happy with this way of life, and are being kept happy with diversions provided by national and international corporations. While our young people and innocent civilians, men, woman and children, are being sacrificed on the worlds battle fields in distant lands, on the whim of our so called leaders.

It seems that they are asking for sanctions to be leveled on those governments who are responsble, I would suggest that they also change the way that they govern, in their own countries, to a more Holistic and less controlling form of government, as an example to these other countries, to change their ways. Update 28th. November 2007. It is reported that the Pope is refusing to meet the Dalai Lama, obviously this is the result of presure from china and the Italian governments, which could damage trade relations with china. This is yet another example of money before Freedom, Morals and Peace. I have met the Dalai Lama twice in my life. He is truly a Spiritual Person, unlike most of the misguided politcal and religious leaders, who control our lives, at this time. Regards Mike

I must admit that I am very saddened by how few people are interested in changing the way that they live and are governed, which could bring to an end to thousands of years of war and conflict, indoctrination and killing of our young people, and to enable us to create a more holistic, peaceful and harmonious way of life for the todays children and future generations.

Are you personally (Please Forgive Me for Asking) afraid that your government and its secret service agencies, who are paid to spy on our private lives, via satellite, cameras on the street, telephone tapping and opening of our blogs, websites, postal mails and e-mails etc. ete. will put you on their terrorists and trouble maker list, and punish you and your family, for asking for accountability and open governance. Our present low level of so called democracy, that we are experiencing now, did not reach even this level, throughout our history, by thinking this way.

You may think or say, that you are in your 75th. year and you suffer from an incurable illness, what have you got gain or worry about. It is true, but it is my intention to use my remaining years to bring this and other matters to the attention, of people, who really care about their families and future generations, and all life on our Planet. I start this post by quoting the one and only comment on my last post "We can always find money for war but not for peace" thank you for your comment. I begin to wonder if 99% of the other Bloggers are happy with the way that our young men and women, (plus the civilian casualties) are being killed and maimed every day by those political, military and religious leaders, who control our lives and the way we live or die.

Is there anyone out there, who thinks that it is time to change the way that we are governed, locally, nationally and internationally, by creating a more holistic way of governance, which with support could bring to an end thousands of years of war. Most of the outstanding events in our history books are marked by war, conflict and conquest do you want this to continue for your offspring and future generations.

A great deal of money is made from war, if money is an important part of your life, think how much more can be made from living in a peaceful and harmonious world.

If you don't fully understand what is meant by Holistic Governance, please search for info on the work of Tom Atlee and I think that it will become clear to you.

I humbly ask all those people who may be suffering from the 1884 syndrome, in those days it was called communism, and we were provided with books to keep our minds off Big Brother and his activities.

Today it is commercialism, blinding us with products and services, which in many cases, is taking our minds off what is happening in the real world like war, poverty, dis-ease and global warming. It is also training us to spend more of our money, and look better than the guy next door. This also includes the controls that are slowly engulfing our minds and daily lives, we must do as we are told.

I know that the above title seems ominous and many of my readers will think it belongs to ancient times, when priests put people to death, to appease their gods, or to voodoo cults or remote African tribes. If you think with an open mind, you will realise that it exists and is still happening today, worldwide.

The only difference is that today, instead of priests, cult and tribal leaders, it is being initiated and carried out, in many cases by the people that we have elected to govern us, did you vote for the continuation of war and conflict?

They are recruiting in high unemployment areas, schools, colleges and universities, in an attempt to gather in our young people for training and sending them off, on a political whim, to fight and die, plus the deaths of the enemy (so called) and thousands of innocent civilians, in distant lands.

Do you believe that it is ethical that our political, military and with the blessing of our religious leaders should do this? We are told that they are fighting terrorists, who created these terrorists and why, who provided them with weapons in the first place, for political reasons, which commercial interests are involved in our country, and which governments benifit most from the Tax on sales, are you prepared to ask your leaders these questions.

A great deal of money is being spent in trying stop the growing and distribution of drugs,instead of paying for a more holistic education for our children, so they don't need drugs to releave the tension of modern nationalistic education. How much of the money that you pay in Tax is being spent by governments on creating peace instead of preparing our children for the next war or conflict?
